We only accept booking once the agency has provided the date and time. If you get the slot, you’ll be given a time limit to confirm or we’ll give it to someone else.

Please note that we always take more than one (1) customer per agency. We’ll inform you if you are submitted second (it’s sorted based on the priority of faceclaim).

The cancellation deadline is one (1) hour before the war time; if you still want to cancel after passing the deadline, a penalty of Rp4.000 will be charged. You won't be charged if your desired main FC is taken due to a giveaway or you’re winning the giveaway itself.

Pay attention to the account compatibility and agency rules (e.g. following, RT-ing head thread, and etc.).

Reposting will be handled by Svea. Please provide Svea with the username and password of the account used to join the agency. However, if you insist on handling the repost yourself but become unavailable and ghost us, you’ll be blacklisted and required to pay a 15K penalty fee (only if you ghost us after the registration has closed).

Price range is Rp5.000–Rp10.000 depending on the number of slots and war results (main FC or alternative FC). Payment is made only if the slot is obtained.

You must provide us with the form’s answers within the deadline we specify. We are not responsible for any errors in formatting or responses.

We offer services with a 99% success rate. Be aware that issues such as signal problems, power outages, internet errors, and tipslot are beyond our control.
